From our top of the line strength training and cardio equipment to our “Functional Fitness” room that offers our members the opportunity to make their work outs more dynamic by utilising a range of great equipment such as boxing bags, kettlebells and assault bikes. HIIT

Functional training, athletic performance.Get your heart rate up for maximum fat burn while increasing your overall fitness.

BOXING

The complete boxing and conditioning workout. Boxing gloves provided. Please bring your own wraps.

LIFT

A total body workout to gain strength and lean muscle, using simple, effective weight lifting techniques.

HYBRID

High intensity interval training using a combination of cardiovascular and strength exercises.
